Everything about the Meliá is absolutely nothing to complain about. From the time we got off the plane to the time we left, we couldn’t fault the service, cleanliness, the staff, added perks everything. If you want a relaxing holiday where you don’t have to leave your hotel this is a place you could go. We upgraded our room when we got there and it was worth the added money. I would recommend staying in the level rooms. With the added perks we got it made our time there like royalty. Large open room, bathroom clean and fresh smell, fresh towels everyday, view of the pool and ocean. Hotel has an amazing spa which is not that much more than out on the street but you get a proper spa experience. Would recommend the hot stone massage as it’s a quiet room with no outside noise. Food was absolutely delicious, breakfast was huge. From pastries and bread to western style food, Asian cuisine and fruit to choose from everyday. The restaurants in the resort are affordable and delicious. We went one night for Lamb and steak and they cooked it like they loved the meat, so you knew it was amazing. The grounds at Melia are beautiful, green gardens very well manicured. Staff at the Melia are always welcoming even the ground staff. Special mention to two lovely staff members Viet at the pool bar, always remembered us and always said hello and was happy to take a few minutes of his shift to have a great chat with us and also to Nhi who we met in the lobby bar and helped us navigate around Danang. She was always welcoming and made time to pop over during her shift to say hello and to see how we were. But all the staff there are just amazing. Thank you Melia Danang for making our last 6 nights of our holiday the best. Will be back but staying longer.

The property is lovely, welcoming and exactly what we wanted after a few weeks in Vietnam. We upgraded to the Level which gave us access to lots of added benefits. We really took advantage of the offers included with it. The afternoon tea was wonderful and made the stay feel really special. The rooms are beautiful and the pools are perfect to relax in. From the moment we arrived the wonderful staff took care of us and helped with every aspect of our stay. Viet in the pool bar, Vie at the breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea/ western restaurant Captain (apologies I didn't catch your name) were amazing. All staff showed the highest level of service without being formal awkward. The breakfast buffet was really great and had something for all tastes! FYI the best bacon I have ever had in Asia! The food in the restaurants was lovely. A bit more expensive than a restaurant but it's a resort hotel and you pay a premium any where in the world. This all added up to a wonderful relaxing few days before we flew home

The resort is nice and matches our expectations. In the second half of July, the resort was not particularly busy. There was plenty of space in the breakfast area and by the beach and pool. The beach and pool areas were excellent and very close to each other, so it is easy to flexibly enjoy both. The beach has perfect sand and was clean. The breakfast buffet was very elaborate and offered great variety with lots of Western and Asian options. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. Nice with a kids area in the breakfast room where kids could go play while parents finished their breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, in a quiet area between Da Nang and Hoi An. Both cities are easily accessible with taxi (e.g. Grab). There is a small village opposite of the resort. It is not a cozy village for a nice evening stroll, but it provides useful services such as supermarket, laundry, and a few restaurants.

I looooved the private beach area. There was practically no one four kilometers on end, and I really enjoyed walking along the beach and swimming in the infinity pool. The hotel was very chic and well maintained, even though I was not part of the “level” customers (I guess their version of VIP) I still had access to great amenities (not the level lounge and pools). So don’t worry, without “level” status, you still have a great stay at this hotel. The service was very kind and high performing as well. The food was good as well, although maybe a bit expensive for vietnamese standards. Compared to many other vietnamese hotels I have been at, the room had great light-shut-out curtains so I could sleep in my dark room until the later morning without issues.

Absolutely loved our stay at Melia Danang. We were staying at the Level villa and fully enjoyed all the perks. For the most of the time we had the Level pool for ourselves, and still we were just steps away from the main pool with a bar and DJ sets on some afternoons. Yoga by the beach in the morning - magnificent! Beach walks - amazing! Huge private beach, which is very clean as well as the sea. The staff at the restaurant, room service is very polite and always happy to help. Special shout out to the Level team - you guys are awesome!
